First things first......thanks for stopping by this blog....I'm excited your here!

A Little Bit About Me

I'm a 30 something mother/wife/sister/daughter and friend. I love learning new things, and am considering going back to school for the third time. I am addicted to hot yoga, smoothies and cleaning everything using baby wipes. This blog chronicles my attempt at counteracting my crazy life with health and wellness. Speaking of crazy...I'm also a mother to three little ones under four. Although I may joke how they drive me insane, those little souls are my whole world.  

Why Start The Blog

I used to be in great shape. I ate good, I worked out, I fit into cute little jeans and wore cute little tank tops.

Then I had three kids….in four years. While I would lose the weight after each pregnancy….I would gain it and then some with the next!

Should I have continued to eat good and workout during each pregnancy…yes…and I did.  Buuuuuuuttttttttttt, I did let myself over indulge “because I was eating for two” or “the baby wants potato chips with dip”

So now I’m here. Wanting to get back to the girl who was not only fir and healthy, but felt good about herself. At the end of the day, as much as I love wearing tiny spaghetti strapped tank tops, its not so much about the weight.  Its more of how I feel when I carve some time out to take care of me. I believe its important to take care of ourselves so we can be the best for the people around us!

That's how I got to start the Blog.  I know that the one thing that always helps me achieve my goals is to be accountable. What better way to do that then to chronicle my journey. I will share what I’m doing, be inspired (and hopefully inspire) to do more and get a chance to  do something I love (write!)
